We are only a 10 short minutes drive to Nerang or 15 minutes to Robina. You will be sharing the house with a health conscious young professional couple (mid 20?s).
We?d prefer a similar minded person or couple, who are respectful, clean, self aware and down to earth.
It will be on a month-to-month contract basis. The price includes wireless internet, power, gas, and mountain tank water. We have a big kitchen, fridge and washing machine you are able to use. The room available is unfurnished, however some furniture is available if needed. Oh, and pets are ok.
