Pet-friendly Acreage to share with one person in ADVANCETOWN, Queensland for sale

Hi all. I have a unique property in Highland Park. 15 minutes to Broadbeach, 3km from the M1. I have a big house with 5 bedrooms, but looking to share with ONE person. I usually run a Homestay here, but a bit tired of it. Looking for a person with similar interests as mine and not just a "pass in the hallway" type thing.
The joint is pretty schmick. 2 acres, lots of secure parking and storage. 2 monster lounge rooms both with 60" LCD screens and movies and music on demand. Fire place, massive outdoor entertaining area(s), BBQ and fire pit, not to mention an amazing pool and outdoor space.
I share the property with my 3 cats, 7 chooks, 5 doves and 6 ducks. I like the space the house affords, so even though it is big, I am only looking for one house mate.
Sociability and guests are welcomed and encouraged. I am not interested in someone that wants to hide in their room. (that is not to say you can't have your space) I work in Entertainment as a Sound Engineer and Producer, and work odd hours. I also have a functioning recording facility here in the house.
