Hi, we have 1 room available to rent in a lovely, well designed 4bedroom house, two storey living, room with ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. We are fully finished so need not worry if you are without. At the moment the room has a queen bed. Room can be unfurnished if need be. Open plan living upstairs with shared bathroom. We have a 10 month old daughter so looking for someone very quiet. We will take students also. We're really close to Griffith university and the M1 and have a beautiful big lake/park and shops directly across. We're a very clean/tidy and quiet household. We have foxtel and can be available for an extra cost in your room but water/Internet and electricity will be included. Sorry no pets allowed. 2 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent upfront will be required.
